1 - Before You Get Here
Start by scheduling your appointment. You can do this by calling our office or by booking online.
You’ll then be in touch with Shannon, our friendly office manager, who will walk you through filling out your new patient forms and going over the financing options.
2 - When You Arrive
You’ll be greeted by the friendly faces at our front desk, who will get you checked in and review your paperwork.
After this, one of our dental assistants will fetch you from our comfortable waiting room. They’ll get to know you, discuss your medical history and any concerns you have, and take all the necessary X-rays so we can get a thorough understanding of your smile.
Then, they’ll get you settled in an exam room and check your vital signs before you’re joined by one of our dentists.
3 - Meet Your Dentist
Dr. Gundarpi or Dr. Ummareddy will join you for a warm and friendly chat. They will listen to your smile, goals, and concerns and get to know you as a person.
They will walk you through the findings from your X-rays and conduct a comprehensive exam of your dental health. After this, they will create a personalized treatment plan for you and guide you through what you can expect and how much you can expect it to cost.
