Dr. Sindhura Gundarpi
Dr. Sindhura Gundarpi is a general dentist who has been practicing dentistry in North Texas for over 12 years. She first trained as a dentist in Bangalore, India, and later received her DDS from the NYU College of Dentistry. She also trained at Missouri State University to attain her Master’s in Public Health. Dr. Gundarpi’s training as a dentist and in public health, along with her experience as a dental associate for over a decade, have all helped to shape her practice philosophy.
Dr. Gundarpi recently took over this practice with her husband, Dr. Ummareddy. “We have a vision of what this practice should be and how we should treat our patients,” she says. “We want it to be a comprehensive, state-of-the-art dental facility but in a healing and welcoming environment. Our patients are an extension of our dental team, and we want our patients to feel at home as we partner with them to exceed whatever their expectations were.”
Dr. Gundarpi is passionate about learning and uses her time to engage in continuing education courses to adapt, change and learn new dental technologies and materials to deliver clinical excellence and better patient care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children, and her tribe of girlfriends whenever she can. She loves music and is a trained Indian classical vocalist. She has a long bucket list of places around the world she would love to visit and is working on getting through that list.

Dr. Sateesh Kumar Ummareddy
Dr. Sateesh Ummareddy is a confident and motivated general dentist dedicated to providing gentle and state-of-the-art comprehensive dental care to families in the DFW metroplex. Dr. Ummareddy first trained as a dentist in India and then graduated from New York University College of Dentistry with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
Dr. Ummareddy believes strongly in working for the community and hence volunteered with the PSOT (Program for Survivors of Torture) in dental school and proudly served as a Major in the US army Reserves for 7 years and recently retired from his position.
Dr. Ummareddy is passionate about dental health and its impact on an individual’s overall well-being. He believes in educating patients about their oral hygiene and preventative techniques while also using his training and clinical expertise to provide exceptional and customized patient care.
Dr. Ummareddy believes that dental anxiety and the perception of pain associated with dentistry keep many patients from getting dental care and achieving the beautiful healthy smiles they so deserve. He works very patiently to understand the needs of each dental situation and discusses various treatment options to devise customized treatment plans and alleviate patient fears. At every stage, his primary focus is outstanding dental care in a comfortable setting. He also believes it is vital to constantly re-assess and master new dental techniques and hence engages actively in continuing education courses to maintain his status as one of the top general dentists in the DFW area.
Outside of work, Dr. Ummareddy enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids. He is an avid reader and loves reading a variety of non-fiction, geo-political, self-improvement, and motivational books. Dr. Ummareddy and his team look forward to taking care of your smile soon.

Dr. Joshua Cooper
Dr. Joshua Cooper is a highly skilled general dentist focused on oral surgery, committed to offering top-notch, comprehensive dental care to the communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. A native Texan, Dr. Cooper earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Austin College, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2000. He furthered his education at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School, receiving his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2004.
Dr. Cooper is a staunch advocate for ongoing education and specialized training, especially in the realm of oral surgery. He has completed numerous continuing education courses centered around surgical extractions and complex bony-impacted wisdom teeth removal. In addition to his civilian practice, Dr. Cooper has served as an Army Reserve Dental Corp Officer since 2010, underlining his commitment to community service and professional excellence.
Believing firmly in conservative surgical intervention, Dr. Cooper prioritizes patient involvement in treatment planning. He employs his calming and gentle demeanor to relieve any dental anxiety and to make sure patients are comfortable throughout their visit. His approach to care allows patients to explore various treatment options, resulting in a tailor-made treatment plan suited to individual needs and preferences.
Outside his practice, Dr. Cooper cherishes quality time with his two children, Alex and Piper. When he's not perfecting smiles, he's perfecting his golf swing, staying active with workouts, or cheering for his favorite sports teams: The Dallas Cowboys and The Texas Rangers.

Brittany - Lead RDA
With over two years at Arlington Dental Clinic and a decade of experience as a dental assistant, Brittany serves as the Lead RDA, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting the doctor with treatments, performing X-rays, and sterilizing instruments to managing lab cases, training new assistants, and presenting treatment plans. She also handles Zoom whitening and Invisalign attachments. Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Brittany's journey into dentistry began with her own need for dental care, sparking a passion for helping others maintain healthy smiles. She is currently pursuing her RDH degree at TCC. Brittany loves the supportive environment at the clinic, enjoying both team-building outings and the opportunity to learn through “lunch and learns.” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, dining out, and visiting the casino.
Lulu Raymond – Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Lulu has been a valued RDA at Arlington Dental Clinic for two years. Originally from Louisiana, she moved to Texas in 2015 and later pursued her passion for dental care, earning her RDA from Concorde Career College in 2022. Lulu is dedicated to providing excellent patient care through chairside assistance, X-rays, prophy cleanings, and more. She loves the supportive, family-like atmosphere at the clinic and enjoys helping patients improve their overall health through dentistry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, going to the movies, shopping, and dining out.
Izabella - Dental Assistant
Izabella has been a dedicated Dental Assistant at Arlington Dental Clinic for the past year, where she plays a key role in patient care by performing x-rays, sterilization, iTero scanning, temporary crowns, polishing, and flossing. She is also responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness in the office, as well as charting treatment plans. Born and raised in the Arlington/Fort Worth area, Izabella is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, helping patients feel confident in their smiles after every visit. She is a graduate of Lamar High School and a certified dental assistant from IDTC Career Center, she thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and values the strong teamwork and supportive atmosphere at the clinic. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, spending quality time with family, exploring new DIY crafts, and baking.
Shannon - Office Manager
Shannon has been the Office Manager at Arlington Dental Clinic for two years, ensuring that every patient walks in and out with a smile. Originally from a small, close-knit town outside El Paso, TX, Shannon's personal experience with orthodontic treatment and surgery sparked her interest in the dental field. After completing a dental assistant program, her passion for dentistry has only grown. She loves the supportive, team-focused environment at Arlington Dental Clinic, where everyone encourages each other to grow and celebrates each other's accomplishments. Shannon believes that a smile is a person's greatest asset, and she is dedicated to making a positive impact in every patient's dental experience. Outside of work, she is open to the idea of exploring mission trips to further her community involvement in the future.
Aliza Garcia – Dental Assistant
Aliza has been a dedicated Dental Assistant at Arlington Dental Clinic for the past three months. She is a proud Arlington native who grew up with a passion for dentistry and pursued her career dreams by earning her CDA from Concorde Career College. Currently working toward her RDA, Aliza thrives in her role, supporting the dentist with clinical duties such as equipment preparation, patient care, and oral hygiene education. She loves the clinic's team-oriented atmosphere and is committed to building strong, judgment-free relationships with patients. Outside of work, Aliza enjoys painting and swimming.
